To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說未來外母在長沙灣工作，佢一向好米線，但食開果間執o左笠，星期六下午諗住帶佢去食間好評如潮的譚仔，點知出事．．．．．果三碗野來到，我已經心知不妙，未來外母直頭叫o左出來”咩黎咖？咁肉酸！！”我真係估唔到送上來的東西，好似哨水咁，食物在碗內好似打o左幾十個空翻，令人嘔心失望之中，希望味道會有點驚喜，唔係嘛，雖然叫酸辣，都唔使咁酸嘛，我自問食唔少米線，最難食就係E間，我o地三個人叫o左兩碗，加埋食唔到4份一碗就頂唔順，仲一肚氣，譚仔，你令我俾未來外母扣分，我E世都記得你
