To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約咗屋企人星期日飲早午茶 (11am),一早已經打去訂位,我哋 7 個人,全部都係大人。我哋冇遲到,仲早少少去攞位,酒樓竟然安排我哋坐 6 人枱,我哋話點坐呀,佢哋竟然話其他枱有人訂咗,我話我哋都有訂㗎,最後先勉強換張 8 人枱 (酒樓話可以坐到 10 人 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️)。 位置好迫,因為係角落位置,坐得較辛苦,都算啦!點嘢食,蒸點完全冇問題 👌🏻,但其他就。。。。。蘿蔔糕,唔熱,勉強叫做暖蛋撻,凍嘅,係凍,冇暖嘅感覺 🙈🙈🙈最後老公叫咗個咖喱薄餅,點之前都問過嗰侍應係咪熱食,仲要 11:30 後先可以叫嘅,一到 11:30 就即刻落 order,等咗 40 分鐘先有得食,心諗等咗 40 分鐘,碟嘢應該熱啩,點知老公攞上手都覺得奇怪,凍嘅,咖喱汁都係凍嘅,有冇搞錯,最後搵個侍應話取消,真係離晒大譜 😤😤😤P.S. 我想食呢間嘅原因,係因為佢有我想食嘅「糯米飽」,但今次經歷真係好差,冇下次
