同舊同事聚舊,當然嚟番當日大家作戰嘅地方 - 上環覓食啦!今次專攻樓上cafe,貪空間私密,可以大講特講先到嘅老朋友已發板喇,所以一坐底就有一籃子嘅餐包上枱!每個都好吸引,随心噤揀1個,加埋橄欖油同醋仲正!比起加牛油,更令小麥味道同質感更顯明更突出呢個就係生蠔,肥美又無金層味,加上少少辣椒仔,嗆得嚟又鮮味,amazing有啲渴嘅時間,南瓜忌廉湯就到喇!奇就奇明明就噤睇係好杰身但入口唔黏口,南瓜味又勁濃,随著忌廉嘅融入,令湯更滑更順口,飲完仲想再添飲呢餐真係驚喜不斷!因為巨型嘅黑松露麵包蟹意大利飯已經擺咗係我面前喇!麵包蟹入面燴嘅啲蟹肉同意大利飯,飯好creamy,每一啖都有蟹肉難得嘅係蟹蓋焗得脆薄,連蓋內最深處嘅飯粒都係焗得非常之熱,所以食嘅時候都要小心啲!意大利飯配上焗得剛融嘅芝士一齊食 加埋毫不吝嗇嘅黑松露真喺不得之了香味真係令人食指大動,呢個飯我真係差唔多1個人清哂另一主菜係法式燒雞,雞肉難得唔「鞋」,已好抵讚脆脆嘅外皮同滑滑嘅雞肉一齊放入口,雞汁充滿成個口腔,所以呢一道菜好快就俾啲食肉獸分哂就連配菜都好用心噤烹調過,細緻位都做得噤好!加分! 最後嚟個意大利嘅檸檬雪芭,原個檸檬加
