和朋友在附近晚飯,隨意挑的,可惜出品強差人意。「紅燒乳鴿」$48 / 隻原隻上,隻鴿瘦猛猛,賣相幾肉酸吓:吃得出明顯是翻炸,只有表面係熱,僅有的鴿肉仍是凍,而且皮也不脆:「小炒皇」$80材料有韮菜、肥短銀芽、蝦乾、雜碎乾貨海味等:賣相娟好,卻欠鑊氣,像個洩了氣的氣球:味道係苦的,奇怪。應該是有炒燶了食材,調味也沒有特別好,燶味 override 哂:「15年話梅陳皮骨」$118餐牌說是廚師推介,名字聽落也蠻吸引,那就來一份。賣相亂糟糟一團,醬汁四濺在碟上,這個已經是我稍為清潔一下拍的照:整體調味太太太....甜;話梅是先浸水去做獻汁,糖的調味卻蓋過一切:我估計它應該是炆好一大煲,人客點菜時就𢳂上來捧客,所謂排骨是橫切的腩排,已經被炆的太久,失去肉質的纖維韌度,一夾幾乎散開,肉甚至有去到霉的感覺。食到呢度當然未飽,但大家已有一致共識,不要再加餸菜了,應該也不會好吃到哪裏。結果大夥兒另覓地方,再食下半場充飢。
