To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天收到艾美酒店會籍部通知, 我已經是十年的顧客了, 今夜就來光顧, 俗語說是十年人事幾番新, 但我第一次來這裡吃飯到今天仍也看到十年前初認識的服務員呢!真是十年如一日才對。 説回食物, 十年,菜式雖然沒有太大的改變,仍保持著它的質數, 但有時改變亦未必帶來更加好的結果。今晚我點了三個小菜: 薑蔥炒肉蟹, 啫啫芥蘭煲, 豆腐斑腩煲。內容;蟹肉是爽的,證明了新鮮,薑蔥獻汁好味道。芥蘭是合時的, 很入味又不靱,好食。斑腩,石斑肉質感有的, 豆腐一般,但混在一起連獻汁就是美味的保證。加上最後來的甜品:焗西米布甸, 簡直是美味加幸福齊晒。下次還要再來吃那, 砵酒焗生蠔, 咕嚕大蝦球(多年來我到各處吃這味菜, 還是覺得這裡做得最好)最後, 服務員的態度好也值得在此一提的。
