香港食俄羅斯菜唔多!第一次接觸已經係六、七年前中環那間有冰房飲酒的,但記憶中沒有很強烈既味道意識...今次試了剛開業的Wheatfield Kitchen @ cwb, 第2次的接觸卻感覺良好! 基督教餐廳環境簡單溫暖店面唔大但空間感十足!侍應也很耐心介紹菜單及其煮法!最後一行五人點了Borshch (Russian 羅宋湯,比平時既湯thick 很多感覺足料,帶少少微辣,內有紅菜頭跟大大粒既牛肉!)好飲〜跟湯仲附上暖暖地既蒜蓉包Wheatfield Potato Sal⋯⋯ad (茶餐廳既雞脾下午茶餐附上既沙律一樣當然新鮮得多...零特別)Appetizer有 Cold Fish in Russian Style (冰既鱈魚柳加酸酸甜甜既汁挺開胃又唔腥) 同Au Gratin Mussel(芝士汁焗青口,開頭以為一煲煮果d細青口,原來好似焗生蠔咁一隻隻,青口本身唔係好大感覺普通冇咩肉食)Main Course 有 Chicken Roll, butter, garlic( 外型比想像巨,用免治雞肉包牛油拎去炸,用薯蓉墊底,食落雞肉好有肉汁,唔須要額外既sauce 去沾黎食,都幾似日式

Pan Fried Pork Chop, Apple sauce (讚!用加拿大豬胺煎,厚肉得黎唔un 又易咬!d肉醃得夠入味才煎,唔點醬食已經好味,點左apple sauce就另一種酸甜既風味,似麥記唔甜唔杰既apple pie涵,原來同塊煎豬扒都幾襯)

Dessert 不在menu 內,不是每晚都固定。今晚友人生日每款試了:blueberry cheesecake (唔得)、chocolate mousse cheesecake (唔得)、Brownie (好得)竟然做到外"脆"內暖附雪糕吃一流!
