週日同太太去附近名店購物之後,店員介紹我到呢間見過好多次,但冇入過去嘅餐廳試吓。名店店員大力推介焗豬扒飯,我太太一向都好鍾意食焗豬扒飯。我就預咗佢食唔晒,所以我唔敢叫太大份嘅嘢,結果叫咗個手工 bolognese 和牛闊條麵,預咗要幫老婆執手尾。結果兩樣都有驚喜:好多年冇食過好食嘅肉醬,之前喺The One 食過一間好食嘅,但係可惜已經執咗。我仲以為要去返意大利先食得返。至於老婆個焗豬扒飯,結果真係食唔晒,我食完個闊條麵居然都仲可以幫佢掃埋;最重要係,其實我不嬲都唔鍾意食焗豬扒飯,因為又鞋又乾,呢間餐廳個廚師,唔知佢用咗啲乜嘢魔法,可以令到塊豬扒外脆但裏面軟熟,唔肥,又好有豬味,死就死返到屋企預咗要返去跑步燒返食多咗嘅。每人加多一杯Cocktail,都係七百幾蚊落樓,七百幾蚊可能一般舖頭嚟講係貴,但係食肆價錢我覺得係可以同食物質素掛勾嘅,呢間餐廳嘅食物絕對對得起呢個價錢。遲啲一定要再嚟過幫襯支持下
