每當大家想吃泰菜的時候都會想起九龍城,但其實所謂的出名泰菜都是行貨及一般貨色,沒有什麼驚喜。經朋友介紹下,今天帶媽媽到「泰肥牛」慶祝母親節。我們一打開餐牌便發現了很多一般泰菜館沒有的小食,所以點了以下幾款試試。很特別的的臭草煎旦,味道十分特別,好吃,值得一試媽最愛的泰色鳳爪,去了骨,夠辣燒螺,嗜辣者的首選,個汁調得很好很特別的蝦膠讓皮蛋吃了幾個小食其實都幾飽,因為其份量都唔細。但由於我地個個都想試多幾樣野,所以都忍唔住點多幾樣。燒豬頸肉,不過不失啦炸軟殼蚧,配咖哩汁超正。甜品來個芒果黑白糯米當晚,老細仲當場做火燄蝦。下次來必試。
