❤️第一次帶女女食omakase🍣, 佢好開心, 因為認識到好多唔同魚嘅特色,同埋欣賞到師傅嘅手勢😊我鍾意食omakase😋,因為可以食到平時少啲食到嘅魚,師傅話🇯🇵日本有二萬幾種魚,但係香港人食到嘅10份之1都無。餐廳喺魚嘅品種方面有特色啲,而壽司飯都幾特別,係粉紅色💗, 因為加入了一種有降血脂功效嘅植物, 而且係用日本溫泉水💧製作。前菜三品: 合桃魚仔 、醃水雲青瓜、辣左口魚邊🥢3款刺身牛鰍魚、鰆魚、 北海道帶子,帶子超大隻。😍🦀松葉蟹茶碗蒸: 食到一絲絲嘅蟹肉,蒸蛋嫩滑。🍣壽司:🥢伊佐木肉質爽口, 師傅話佢嘅做法主張少調味, 食到魚原本嘅鮮味👏✨🥢鯖魚好新鮮,一啲腥味都冇,加左薑汁,再🔥火炙令油份更特出。🥢 鱸魚 加咗青檸調味。🥢深海池魚池魚生長於岩石間,要潛水打魚。肉質彈性高,配酸汁食。🥢銀鱈魚平時一般都係西京燒食法,較少做刺身, 師傅話要細條嘅先做到刺身😊🥢秋刀魚宜家係時令魚,下個月就啦。超級新鮮,師傅話條魚到達店鋪只係2小時,就畀我食落口啦😋🥰🥢真鯛 喜慶日子食既魚,煙薰處理,令魚肉放鬆,吸收煙味再拉扯,更好食,只適合纖維密集既魚類。🥢白鰻魚同坊間一般用既海鰻不同,呢款會較少
