為同行嘅食素親戚,過年後食番餐素就揀咗常悅,既合眾人口味,亦可試真半時忽略嘅食材原味,更可讓平時裝住大魚大肉嘅腸胃抖一抖!常悅摩登得哩唔會太過古靈精怪,菜式多專注於用材及烹調味道,唔會太花巧,比較啱我親戚口味,因為佢真係食齋人,扮牛扮馬嘅素菜佢唔啱,故此,我哋嗌嘢都係以食原味為主嘅素菜。先上兩點心:滬色炸春卷、蒸香菇蘿蔔糕,前者無乜特別,但後者好正,食出清甜蘿蔔味,加埋柔軟嘅質感同菇香,真係簡單而食出真味嘅點心!炒兩個小菜,都係想食材料原味,所以揀咗一個栗子鮮竹煲,另一個就係欖菜蓮藕鮮冬菇,兩者都好對板,前者栗子粉香,配上爽脆鮮竹筍,雖然口感各異,但味正又夾喎,再者,醬料味不濃,先至唔會冚咗栗子同鮮竹筍嘅味!至於後者,欖菜鹹鹹香香,蓮藕薄切炒得脆口,加埋肥大肉厚嘅鮮冬菇,唔錯唔錯嘅選擇!得點心同小炒頂唔得飽,所以唔少得叫個飯,睇開食評讚哩個焗芋頭飯好,梗要試試驗明正身啦,乜都唔使講,凈係焗芋又粉又香已經夠照,飯粒分明但唔乾身,撈埋少少獻汁哩食,果然好介紹。最後,總要點個糖水作結至覺得餐飯夠完整,招牌生磨合桃露,二話不說就揀定係佢,鍾意合桃味道嘅人一定愛死佢,原合桃生磨引出,爆發濃郁合桃
