To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身都有好高期望，有朋友說這裡自助餐雖然種類唔多，但樣樣都好好食，所以就試下。晚餐buffet 講少少食咗嘅嘢生蠔（得一款）：味道唔錯麵包蟹蓋：好味道蝦🦐：鮮甜長腳蟹：肉質很散，不太好吃羊：鐘意食羊羶味就啱喇，好重羶味肉骨茶：淡香片咁嘅顏色，唔知飲緊乜腐皮卷：好食炸蝦：好食全晚最令我失望嘅反而係甜品，雖然有好多選擇，而且個樣都好靚，但一食落口就係廉價嘅味道，例如個西米露好似酒樓飯後送畀你果啲咁、芒果布甸就有兒時酒樓推手推車拎嘅芒果布甸味。最後要提嘅係，我仲叫咗1杯價值330蚊嘅Rosa, 飲落去啲苦味真係發揮得淋漓盡致，飲完覺得飲緊啤酒咁。可能係我唔識得飲喇！多謝晒無下次。因為當日天氣唔好，享受不到103嘅景色，亦享受不到食物，失望。

生蠔（得一款）：味道唔錯

麵包蟹蓋：好味道

蝦🦐：鮮甜

長腳蟹：肉質很散，不太好吃

羊：鐘意食羊羶味就啱喇，好重羶味

肉骨茶：淡香片咁嘅顏色，唔知飲緊乜

腐皮卷：好食

炸蝦：好食

全晚最令我失望嘅反而係甜品，雖然有好多選擇，而且個樣都好靚，但一食落口就係廉價嘅味道，例如個西米露好似酒樓飯後送畀你果啲咁、芒果布甸就有兒時酒樓推手推車拎嘅芒果布甸味。

最後要提嘅係，我仲叫咗1杯價值330蚊嘅Rosa, 飲落去啲苦味真係發揮得淋漓盡致，飲完覺得飲緊啤酒咁。可能係我唔識得飲喇！
