Restaurant: Tao Heung Tea House (One Kowloon)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有人話食嘢求飽,但係當你俾得一個價錢嘅時候呢,你可能就唔係求飽,因為你可能係求美食嘅滿足感,你會用好多金錢去換呢個滿足感,即係你坐底食飯,你都會揀餸都係想刺激自己嘅感覺一樣嘅,但係經過過去咁多年出去食嘢嘅經驗真係真係好難得好難得今次有依個食嘢嘅一個咁嘅感受!真係估唔到!首先講其中一道餸——紅燒蟹肉翅,正常來講酒樓間間都起碼都有返上下水準,但係我哋食到好激動,因為激動到即刻叫個侍應自己筆一碗自己試吓,咁個侍應都唔夠膽食,佢入去廚房俾返個廚師去試!最後答案係:「冇問題嘅!食得嘅!」呢一句呢真係實在太精彩!我當然知佢係食物係食得啦!但俾成三舊水食啲咁嘅嘢嘅話🙄味道又淡又腥臭,街邊碗仔翅好食過佢!其他餸都只係可接受!冇下次!|
