To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我男朋友11月22號生日,cafe103系三個月前可以book定位makesure 要window seat~8月等到依家啦~我地book左6:30我地早到左10分鐘系佢個lobby到行左個圈,之後個receptionist叫我地入去一入到去就食冷盆蟹腳,螺,青口,有殼大蝦同無殼蝦都有個人最仲意就系蟹腳同去左殼個個蝦去左殼個個蝦勁爽口,我一個人都食左10隻蟹腳無蟹咩味,但都有少少海水味,咸咸地,好正~d蟹肉仲可以成條起左出黎~好方便!!!^^到自選salad bar有好多菜簡...我都吾識分啦~個煙三文都好好味, 由大廚自己用蘋果木燻製 yummi !!之後仲食左d熱食,燒火雞,德國肉腸,炒飯......到到重頭戲就系甜品chocolate library化身既cafe 103點可以吾試試佢d甜品大部份甜品都用朱古力做我呢個朱古力迷就岩曬!!最後order 埋個set drink~佢就上左個生日蛋糕比我bb佢見到之後都好surprise~^^~食到10點都差吾多last order~我地真系由頭食到尾~成餐飯我都好滿意~酒店buffet 一般都系$500/人呢度都差吾多~但系有咁既服務
