日本出產魚類種類數目繁多,十分羨煞日本人可以無時無刻走到魚市場裡味受新鮮肥美的刺身來吃,上星期與友人到了勝八居酒屋聚舊,位於銅鑼灣區,地理位置方便,乘電梯一出便是,門外裝潢設計充滿著日式居酒屋的面貌。室內環境昏暗,小至二人桌,大至可容納八人,設有酒吧桌,與日本居酒屋風氣無異。先點了這款海膽冷豆腐(HK$88),天時暑熱吃著冷盤,有助降溫,此款菜式海膽及魚籽蠻多的,魚籽大大粒,最喜歡咀嚼時"咇"出的汁液口感,味道十分清甜,配合豆腐一併吃下,味道特別鮮,豆腐嫩滑,底部浸著日本豉油已很入味。點了幾款刺身,黑鯛(HK$178),很少機會可以嚐到,每片鯛魚切成片狀,厚度均一,可見廚師刀藝非凡,魚質堅韌彈牙,另一款的牡丹蝦刺身(HK$160),價錢略貴,只有兩隻而已,但蝦身比較大,蝦肉比較多,鮮甜彈牙,還有加拿大海膽刺身(HK$80),我與友人實在很喜歡吃海膽,所以再END CALL,我反而覺得這裡的海膽價錢超值,份量多,賣相色澤亦很新鮮,絕無苦澀味。刺身是前奏,來一客清酒煮蜆(HK$88),我鍾情於利用酒來烹調海鮮類,特別是蜆,兩者一起烹的味道簡直是無懈可擊,能把清酒中的醇香揮發出來,滲入每件蜆

剎那間我很明白吸毒者的感受,發現原來旅行都會被染上毒癮的,這幾天翻開日本旅遊時的照片,心癮又開始發作了,很想馬上出走日本,吃盡當地的日式美食,當逛累至入黑時份,最期待便是找家居酒屋坐下來,享受一頓豐富的晚餐了。
