To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難掩的失望

我早已「幫襯」過這一家位於美麗華商場的分店不下5、6次了。如果有朋友在尖沙咀附近想找一間坐得舒服、味道又不錯的西式餐廳，而又不太介意價錢的話，這間食店基本上都會出現在我的推薦名單上，為的是它的出品質素比較穩定，而且環境不算太差。先前一直都是這樣想的，直至吃完這一頓飯‧‧‧‧‧‧這天看完電影，我又帶朋友去那裡吃午餐。這張誇張的吊燈掛飾自開業至今仍舊存在，是餐廳最大的特色之一。如果想坐得舒適一點，可以選擇靠牆的沙發位。乍看賣相是一杯很吸引的飲品，事實上只有很淡的蘋果味，羅勒 (Basil) 的味道完全嚐不到。一口喝下去時便知道不對，沒有了以前那種濃厚的感覺，反而似是兌了過多的水，只餘下少許咖啡苦味殘留在口腔內，提醒我這一杯的確是Caffe Misto。幸好Carbonara仍能保持水準，挽回不少分數。醬汁的奶味依然香濃、口感濃稠，朋友很喜歡這道意粉，對它讚不絕口。Nachos的芝士和醬汁都比以前少，Dressing只沾了在最上一層，下邊可以說完全是乾巴巴的狀態，如此質素，令我有點失望。而且上檯時也只是微暖，吃不夠5分鐘就變冷了，大大影響了食慾。最後，在甜品環節本想介紹一道最愛的Rum Ra

 最後，在甜品環節本想介紹一道最愛的Rum Raisin Bread Pudding給朋友，豈知它已經從餐單上無聲無息地消失了，只好作罷，收起心情結帳去也。

總結：
本以為即使分店愈開愈多，這間caffè HABITŪ絕對可以保持水準，沒想到這次竟然失算了。
