To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屹立於西環好多好多10年嘅一間餐廳,因為加租嘅關係呢嚟緊呢就會暫時停業,然之後再物色其他嘅地方,其實依家百物騰貴,要繼續生意真係唔易,再加上呢種懷舊氣息又唔係個個都鍾意。能夠喺西環呢一個地區再搵到舖位都係一個未知之數,所以呢個晚上,搵晚餐是我就話要嚟到呢一度。我係一個要做就做,唔好令到自己後悔嘅人,以前呢個概念冇咁嚴重,但自從家人過身之後,我比以前更加會去實踐想做的事。有唔少朋友曾經聽過我打個電話去同佢講: 喂半個鐘頭之後有冇時間一齊去邊度邊度食pancake,刨冰,食雪糕,食下午茶去某酒店到食個buffet,如果無人得閑我都會自己去。因為我相信"想做就做, 唔做唔代表下次一定會有機會" 亦都係因為呢個原因令到我開始討厭身邊的人,每一次同佢講我想…不如我哋一齊去…嘅時候就會同我講就埋阿邊個邊個呀。不如下次先?我唔係一個小氣嘅人,但係我好討厭要為我唔知點解要為嘅人改變。點解我要喺一個地方食一杯雪糕,要同我講下次,好想問下一次即係幾時?呢間餐廳唔會等我而延遲關門,所以呢個晚上我都嚟到呢度。其實嚟到呢度唔會期望個食物真係會好好,原因係因為人大左真係食多咗好多好味的,但係屹立幾十年嘅懷舊味道又

先來嘅係紅湯同白湯基本上都係普通西餐廳嘅湯,呢度嘅紅湯係好飲過白湯,紅湯真係捉了用牛肉滾嘅。

其實呢啲懷舊餐廳原因係因為可以加錢食薯蓉田螺,呢度嘅薯蓉田螺果然不錯,薯蓉十分之細滑又唔會焗得太耐,田螺帶點汁將啲汁到埋落去薯蓉内,更加好味。

自己嘅牛扒呢我點左呢個T骨真係。。食到三分一我放棄,唔係因為佢煮得唔好而係本身個塊牛扒已經係雪得太耐肉質變得好紫色。

蒜蓉雞扒不過不失,配上可愛新雪蕃茄翠玉瓜,每一樣配菜都很新鮮雖然係冇乜調味。

甜品我特意加左疏乎厘,諗起又嬲啦!又話下次先食,唉,下次食風啦!現在已經唔會再因為人哋講下次放棄,所以我最後都係點左呢個疏乎厘,等嘅時間呢就需要20分鐘,真係驚喜,首先佢嘅外皮香脆,裏邊鬆軟有質感,不會過甜,超正!好耐冇食過咁高質嘅!

不過係真係貴嘅$130/2客,個甜品就嚟貴過個晚餐。

其實呢度食飯食咁多樣野加埋都差唔多$500,我自己都覺得有少少貴嘅,不過有啲嘢其實唔會有下次,點解我地唔珍惜呢一次嘅機會呢?連出名嘅馬可龍專門店都要關閉了,其實珍惜喜歡就應該要試。
