To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

13/12 晚收工，由油塘出發，兩公婆諗住搵上海野食，於是記得多年前幫襯過的小店。大概8:00 ，得兩枱客，既然到左，都試下啦！坐近門口，方便睇車。叫了醉雞、小籠包、酸辣湯及炒年糕。結果冇一個菜是可以稱得上叫好味。小籠包不夠熱，醉雞冇雞味及霉霉地，是完全不好味。炒年糕都…. 哎，系叫差；酸辣湯有酸但不似預期的味道。其實所有菜都冇影相，因賣相不好。埋單要$3XX. 我吾知是已轉手或是第二代做得冇咁好。此店不會再幫襯，環境差，衞生程度差。
