To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食過2次鴨肉湯河,都覺得好好味,所以今晚再去!點知超難食,完全唔係個樣野,個湯底無以前的鴨香味☹️☹️☹️,成碗湯好似倒左幾匙醋落去咁,我成咁耐,淨係食到酸味😭😭😭😭😭😭😭連d鴨肉鴨皮都無味架,愈食愈火滾,都唔知自己食緊乜😤😤😤😤真係非常之失望,成餐飯都唔開心!唔會再去囉。❌❌❌反而男朋友的黑毛豬泡飯就好好多,至少佢個湯係熱,個湯有泡菜味,個豬肉都幾香,食落都幾好食,不過成餐飯比個鴨肉湯河搞彎哂,已經無晒癮,原本重諗住食完飯叫甜品,而家連甜品都驚中伏😕😕

真係非常之失望,成餐飯都唔開心!唔會再去囉。❌❌❌
