To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入座時枱面有食物殘渣 > 衛生差第一次食，問侍應攞杯水，佢隨手一指喝住講「水自己斟」 > 態度差食海南雞河+春卷+白桃特飲 > 快餐。落單2分鐘就上菜，雞只有雪味，醬料味道奇怪好像放了很久，白桃特飲充滿化學咳水的味，只有春卷新鮮炸起熱辣辣算正常，8X蚊食餐禁ge lunch真係「超值」我食到後期，頂唔順杯化學飲品想去斟杯水飲，本身個袋仲放係座位，當我離開座位唔夠5秒，連自助斟水位都未行到，匡X平部長就即時掃走晒本人的食物 > 趕客平時都唔想寫食評，呢間餐廳真係由食物到服務都係不知所謂，請慎入
