To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

山根唔新鮮，炸魚皮好似過咗期咁浸味，非常難食。個湯底普通得來係無味，裏面啲牛腩又難食，全餐最好食竟然係午餐肉....午餐肉又太鹹= =。staff態度好差，問佢拎sauce好唔情願，問佢like係咪送小食，佢話係，跟住望第二到，完全唔想理你咁。明明有幾個staff，係完全冇嘢做，但係行嚟行去，行得勁快，完全冇留意客人有乜需要，串串共咁。餐廳設計靚嘅，但呢個係唯一嘅優點。俾錢我都唔會再食第二次，成個感受唔係普通，係食得勁唔開心，食咗好少嘢結果都要八百幾，呢個價錢可以食到好過呢間嘅四五倍。
