To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工諗住食上海野，同朋友去館啦，完全不可能再去。一入到去，見到廚師坐响卡位除了隻鞋响到撕腳皮，個刻已經想走唔食，但朋友一意帶嚟呢到食，唉，算啦，睇睇唔到。後來，點了個套餐，叫了糖醋排骨，食落口，又肥又肉騰騰，差!!!!後來個咸肉豆腐湯，簡直從來未飲過咁難飲，水溝豆腐，飲水還好過!!!!!套餐仲包1個點心，叫了豆沙鍋餅，呢個算係全晚唯一食得落嘅菜，熱嘅，不太甜。還有8寶茶，都可以，幾夠味。最後叫了小龍包，皮超厚，但都有肉汁。可能因為我不能吃辣，所以佢地出名嘅菜食唔到，但無可能其他嘅咁難食。
