To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 琴日去做節,叫左過北京填鴨試吓啦,睇廚窗見到個師傅喺度片鴨,估會ok啦,但係食嗰時 d鴨肉一d都唔暖、仲係有小小凍凍哋添,一d鴨味都無😪😪 又叫過鍋巴脆皮糖醋魚 ,等鬼死咁耐,唔知係咪漏單,同職員講完不久 條魚就嚟啦。但條魚又怪 頭細身肥大,真係好似條錦鯉咁樣 搞笑,都算啦,但夾開肉嚟食,d炸漿粉勁厚、味道咸到苦ge, d獻汁結到好似漿糊咁,條魚要退番比佢。但是一讚 是員工態度好 講了幾次唔好意思。 但以後唔會再去食
