To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一坐低見啲杯杯碟碟已經好污糟，叫左佢換過。點心味道非常一般，叫個沙薑雞咸到不得了，完全食唔到，未食過咁咸以前碟叉燒都唔錯，今次去都覺得差左好多，大不如前，叫左兩碟上湯浸菜心，來既時候可以係兩種做法，一碟有蒜頭，有放酒，另一碟係靜上湯，點解可以咁奇怪🤔️🤔🤔我哋人多，分兩台，分兩張點心紙叫，各有各寫，啲嘢食來既時候可以上錯哂枱冷氣又焗，又熱，叫左佢較低啲，都係一樣，我一路食，一路流汗。完全唔值呢個價錢
