聽過佢個名好耐,早過好多間上海鋪而享譽全港的經典生煎包,可惜係南洋酒店嘅分店約過幾次都食唔到,今年開番灣仔點之後,紅磡分店都開咗,我近紅磡,當然食紅磡啦。呢一晚終於食到,佢嘅火瞳雞燉津白湯,睇就知佢同樣做到皇仁舊生會佛跳牆個膠質效果,而且煲得好好,基本上如果你過嚟食,你一定唔可以錯過呢個湯。除咗個津白湯之外,好多個菜式都有番咁上下水準,而且好多菜式都係要早一晚預訂。前菜食左好多個蘿蔔絲海蜇皮,醉香乳鴿,酒糟牛脷,口水豬手,各有自己特色,蘿蔔絲海蜇皮同平時嘅都唔同,加上蘿蔔絲勁爽勁脆,絕對係只此一家。牛舌食得多,酒糟牛脷就未試過,淡淡的酒香,而且牛脷好薄,刀功盡顯。醉香乳鴿個酒香濃得多,飲開酒就當然鍾意呢個多啲。不過口水豬手又係另一個濃味之選,口水做法同平時有少少唔同,用上好多嘅蔥花,香氣更加茂盛。尾段同樣係前菜嘅鎮江肴肉,老婆勁鐘意,因為佢話未試過肴肉味道咁濃烈,加個醋後係真心夾。火瞳雞燉津白湯就咁得菜同雞同火腿都可以做到咁嘅效果,真係好精彩,同皇仁舊生會覺佛跳牆味道有得比較,真心正,不過又係飲兩三碗就已經會好飽,津白甜到好似食糖咁。揚州素黃雀,聽呢度嘅員工介紹,呢一個菜式嘅做法非常之

除咗個津白湯之外,好多個菜式都有番咁上下水準,而且好多菜式都係要早一晚預訂。

前菜食左好多個蘿蔔絲海蜇皮,醉香乳鴿,酒糟牛脷,口水豬手,各有自己特色,蘿蔔絲海蜇皮同平時嘅都唔同,加上蘿蔔絲勁爽勁脆,絕對係只此一家。

揚州素黃雀,聽呢度嘅員工介紹,呢一個菜式嘅做法非常之繁複,好有心機,愛豆類腐皮嘅人士一定會愛上。

翡翠河蝦球好有特色,點解綠色嘅?因為加左菠菜汁,蝦球彈牙又好食,而且菠菜味好特別,呢個都幾值得推薦。

我非常鐘意呢個手撕童子雞,無他,唔駛郁手,每啖都係肉,開心,童子雞啲肉又嫩,點會唔好。

燒過的煙燻河鰻,真係有好香嘅煙燻味,而河鰻肥美到一個點,呢個又係不能錯過。

百頁結紅燒肉,燒肉好正,但我個人覺得百頁結才是重點,好有口感,加上個紅燒汁,真心正。

經典生煎包同小籠包都係呢度嘅名作,生煎包故事你聽過好多,唔駛介紹,小籠包皮薄餡足,好得。
