晏晝食簡單啲, 走咗去灣仔老上海(前身老正興), 諗住食番條小黃魚,加個嫩雞煨麵。「唔該,要兩條小黃魚,不過我唔想煎,怕熱氣,蒸可以嗎?」我心諗,嗰夥記實以為我玩嘢,你估新鮮黄花咩,蒸魚! 小黃魚嗰賣價,你都估到大概咩狀態送到嚟酒樓㗎啦。點知,嗰夥記半點猶疑都冇,氣定神壇咁答:「 冇問題呀,雪菜蒸!」嫩雞煨麵先到,一望個賣相都知會好食。煨麵即係慢煮,湯底由淡煮到濃,麵要入哂味,要夠淋,仲要帶點微碎,重點係微碎不可全碎,麵連埋個湯底一啖過,可嚼可吞,特別適合我這些食嘢心急鬼,所以我十分喜愛吃煨麵。兩條小黃魚跟住到,望個樣精神奕奕,肉質仍然鮮甜,雪菜跟調味一啲都唔鹹,調起哂嗰小黃魚味,點解嘅?我真係估你唔到!老上海,好食。💃🍽😁💓
