To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去完尖沙咀行街，突然掛住譚仔。近近地去譚仔雲南米線食。哩間最近賣衫度，好就腳，坐得都算舒服。價錢一向都係平民大眾化。2個人，叫左2個米線，1個小食。四川麻辣豬肚絲, 鮮冬菇米線同 春卷米線。麻辣味都幾出，豬肚絲好爽口，冬菇夠哂淋同入味，春卷細細條，啱哂嘴仔細既人。幾啖食完一條。睇下幾鬼多粒冬菇同春卷. 3樣嘢夾埋都係$100 左右. 真係好抵食。最啱shopping完，又大出血完既人黎食。簡簡單單又一餐… 好食!
