原來豆腐花同撈米線一齊食係咁夾㗎!呢間雲南小店似係家庭式經營,牆上貼有唔少報道介紹呢度嘅特色食物。我叫咗德勝豆花米線小辣,加麻辣羊肉。豆腐花充滿豆香,而且好滑溜,夾埋滑脫脫嘅米線一齊食,滑上加滑。羊肉、肉碎末同酸菜充滿辣勁,見到用左唔少辣油,食啲豆腐花可以有助解辣。木瓜冰好似食緊蒟蒻啫喱咁,好味好特別。外賣米線嘅份量同堂食嘅差不多,加咗娃娃菜同豬潤,令到米線整體冇咁辣。另外我叫咗個小食:手拍青瓜,走辣。廚師落咗好多蒜頭粒粒,可以落啲去米線度一齊食,又係另一個風味,青瓜清新爽脆,一解米線嘅熱勁。
