To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我呢一間嘅上海雲吞真係非常之好食，單講賣相已經好吸引，而且有我最鍾意食嘅小棠菜雲吞，菜肉餡料比例平均，每一啖都食到小棠菜嘅爽甜😋而且豬肉又唔會太肥同埋佢哋嘅糖醋魚塊都係我嘅心水推介，甜甜酸酸真係非常之開胃，而且份量非常之多，鍾意食糖醋魚嘅朋友一定要試！而且午餐價錢更加抵食，配埋菜飯，感覺非常之健康😍😍另外我都再叫咗一個小食，棒棒雞聽個名幾得意，其實係用雞絲同青瓜再配搭芝麻醬，味道冇得輸💁🏻‍♀️雞絲撕得非常之有幼細，在配搭青瓜爽口清甜，做前菜真係一流👍🏻😋😋正
