最早最早認識麥文記，是三十多年一個住佐敦的同事介紹（糟糕，不小心暴露了年齡，怪不得叫老土饕），當時只知最最出名的雲吞麵叫麥奀記，何物麥文記有這麼厲害，一試之下，驚為天人，當然口味各有不同，但對我胃口，麵爽彈牙，雲吞小小的，至今只要我去佐敦，總是把握機會，一嘗我至愛的雲吞麵
