上菜後店員好細心問我地準備好影相拍片未📸！原來一打開蓋就會有💨白霧飄出，有得睇又有得食！慢煮48個鐘嘅🐄牛肋骨非常軟熟，淋上BBQ汁更加惹味。底部舖滿鷹嘴豆、有🌽機甜栗米同🥕雜菜，連平時麻麻地食菜嘅朋友都食晒🤣。
✧Get your 📸camera ready for this Instagram-friendly dish! White smoke comes out when the lid is off, then evaporates to leave the vision clear👓- beautifully cooked beef short ribs it is! Slow cooked for 48 hours, the meat is unquestionably tender😋. The barbeque sauce adds a pleasing smoky flavor. The plate is filled with colorful vegetables- chickpeas, 🥕greens and 🌽organic sweet corn.

🍯 Buttermilk Pancake $128
Buttermilk係白脫牛奶，脂肪含量比牛奶低，餐廳就用佢嚟代替牛奶整鬆餅😆！鬆餅質感略為結實，特別有飽肚感😋。抺茶可可粒口味偏清淡，特別之處係有煙燻純素煙肉，味道幾神奇，有少少似臘腸🤣。
✧This guilt-free pancake has regular milk replaced by low fat buttermilk, plus smoked vegan bacon that playfully resembles the taste of traditional Chinese pork sausage🤣! We opted for Japanese 🍵Matcha flavor, which is rather plain and healthy. The pancake is dense and filling!

招牌甜品係朱古力心太軟，真係成座🗻小火山咁好靚。外層脆口，夾住唔會太甜嘅🍫73%黑朱古力，要點埋紅莓醬食。隔離嘅🥭芒果意大利雪糕都好搶fo！芒果味好自然💯，口感輕微煙韌，而且用上低升糖指數嘅糖，罪疚感都低啲😈。
✧The little volcano is absolutely adorable🥰! The center burst is filled with rich molten 🍫73% dark chocolate, with an extra splash of raspberry sauce to balance the sweetness. The 🍦mango gelato is equally irresistible- the natural flavor and spreadable consistency explain it all. Low-GI beet sugar helps us eat clean and eat happily! ☺️
