To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行咗好耐街，友人帶我來試試雲桂香，之前一直都係食開譚仔未試過呢間，估唔到令你人覺得幾好食，我就叫咗個腩肉面同埋一個秘製豬頸肉，佢嘅藍玉都幾輕同埋幾滑啲肉都唔錯，而且都好多塊，我朋友話腩肉係依間最好食嘅，不過有啲朋友啦可能就驚辣唔敢叫，不過可以同你講唔使擔心， 因為我自己都係唔食得辣嘅，今次膽粗粗咁樣叫， 都好驚自己食唔到，可惜呢個擔心係多餘嘅，因為呢個腩肉其實一啲都唔辣，而且都唔會好多肥肉，而個湯都幾香啲面都好滑，可惜自己因為唔鍾意芫茜，相對個湯都唔想飲落去，但嚟講得幾香嘅，如果秘製豬頸肉先啦令人最驚喜，啲肉啦全部都係瘦肉而且食落去都係啖啖肉，味道點啲醬真係勁好食，可惜價錢又有少少貴啦，因為都要＄40 ，不過以第一次食黎講覺得還可以啦，不過我相信自己會再去食。😍😍😍😍
