To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雲桂香係我鍾意食嘅米線之一，荃灣、旺角等等唔同地方都有開設分店，今次係沙田新城市廣場行完街之後，朋友帶左等黎食米線，價錢合宜之外，仲有唔同麵款可以選擇，包括有酸辣粉、撈米線等等。而我最常食嘅就係小鍋米線。日常叫開嘅一定係小鍋米線，呢次叫左豬紅、蘿蔔做配菜，湯底就揀左微辣。雲桂香仲可以比客人走芫荽，多芽菜，鍾意食芽菜嘅朋友唔驚要收多一份配菜錢了，又食得滿足。湯底少少辣而且酸酸味味咁，好開胃，豬紅唔會太淋太散，蘿蔔清甜，味道都算夾嘅。食完要飲番杯凍奶茶解渴。
