To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說今日跑完步，於是行左幾公里到觀塘間雲桂香食個米線。肚仔餓餓，叫左碗特大碗米線套餐。其實呢個價錢都算合理，因為碗米線材料都幾豐富，總好過叫一兩個餸配個米線。可能做完運動關係，食呢碗大碗米線，份量剛剛好滿足到餓到暈既我。我個人比較喜歡食辣，於是點了個「中辣」，相信會辣得黎唔會太辣，但又可一嚐食辣既刺激。但估唔到碗米線無乜辣味，不過賣相就真係幾辣（好似）。最後，都要叫侍應小姐拎個辣椒油。碗米線真係太多料，食到個口都攰。溫提：喜食辣而又食得辣既朋友不防叫大辣或以上。
