近排最肥美嘅美食當然係食大閘蟹啦相約幾個朋友一起去吃個飽雖然好多地方都可以食到,但朋友都提議去個就腳嘅地方,於是便選擇在九龍城一聚,有朋友試過這間雷公子都覺得好食今次便試試!門口已經有個大閘蟹保鮮櫃放滿了大閘蟹!重寫明江蘇大閘蟹足五兩,每隻$88,五隻以上每隻$78,另堂食加多$20,其實計落我差不多$100要1隻,朋友推介試試吧!入去坐低時即時奉送是日例牌餐湯雞腳湯,味道清甜,沒有味精嘅感覺,是一個老火湯!雖然話食蟹,亦照樣叫了兩個小菜籠仔荷葉花彫蒸刀貝大大隻,刀貝肉鮮甜彈牙,可能用了荷葉蒸刀貝肉隱若有一陳荷葉嘅香味秘製燒豬肋骨火候十足,豬肋骨不會燒得太乾,仍然保持肉質嘅鮮味主角出現了都幾大隻,雖然沒有去秤秤,但比出面吃的大隻!拆殼後發現蟹過去充滿蟹膏,真係一隻起兩隻止實在太妙不可言啦!因比較大隻蟹腳蟹鉗都有肉食,蟹肉味道鮮甜四個人每人兩隻,真係好滿足!
