To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第三次光顧這間小店了,每次來價錢也會漲價一兩元,加價程度也頗密。不過這條街只有這間做越菜。這種炎炎的夏日,店內的冷氣有點不足,吃起熱東西來特別的熱。越式椰香咖喱系列青咖喱雞扒法包 - $48咖喱最愛就是青咖喱,特別加入食用新鮮的青辣椒,帶有酸甜的味道,同時使色澤呈綠色。香氣濃郁的咖喱再加入椰奶,降低辣椒的刺激度,使口感更溫順,集酸、辣、甜於一體,極惹味。雞扒份量很多,肉質厚實多汁,雞皮煎得香脆,帶點焦香。配法包質地特別煙韌,沾滿咖喱汁也不失彈性,表皮非常酥脆。
