To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

閒逛北角時，發現黑色型格咖啡店。咖啡店得幾個位，多半做外賣生意。飲品除左有咖啡之外，仲有果茶同餐牌上無既梳打飲品。Blue Soda ($30)Soda drink係menu上無既，由店員自行調製。店員見我地行到身水身汗咁熱，整左杯藍色既梳打俾我地。藍色梳打顏色好夏日，見到已經透心涼。波子汽水同菠蘿味道清新，而且唔會過甜；好適合夏天邊行邊飲，真係好舒服。Cucumber Tap Coffee (Regular) $45之前上網睇到有青瓜味既咖啡覺得非常特別，所以專登因為佢而黎。為食妹平時少飲咖啡，唔落奶唔落糖更加係第一次，以為一定會好苦澀好難入口。老闆沖好咖啡後，叫為食妹好似飲啤酒咁飲。一入口係青瓜既清甜味，甜度自然，冰涼清爽既味道好解暑。完全無為食妹想像中咁苦同難入口。青瓜同咖啡呢個配搭十分驚喜，會令人重新欣賞咖啡呢。由兩個後生仔打理既咖啡店，飲品有驚喜。而且好細心咁問我地對口味既意見，睇落出好有心機經營。
