晚餐想食中菜,就選好「南小館」進餐,選擇多價錢平。我地二人點了小籠包、前菜拼盤及炒年糕。海台鹽花生好香口好惹味,感覺配啤酒更適合,另一款是辣菜脯,爽脆香辣,加入湯麵更添風味。【鮮肉帶子小籠包】5件 $48兩色混合的包皮方便餐廳記認,而且也令賣相吸引。小籠包皮薄肉餡多湯汁,肉汁加帶子鮮甜味,比一般小籠包美味得多。南小館四小拼 $78,可自選四款前菜,每款份量少少,足夠兩至三人分享,價錢亦吸引。【花雕白雞】雞肉嫩滑有彈性,花雕酒夠入味,酒味甘香。【糖醋排骨】肉質扎實但骨肉易離,好咬又夠入味,酸甜味調得剛好。【秋葵木耳】用醋醃得酸酸地,頗開胃前菜,秋葵份量太少,木耳都分爽脆。【馬蘭豆乾】馬蘭頭與豆腐乾都切得幼細,乾身帶香。【大白菜肉絲炒年糕】$68肉絲幾入味,反而大白菜冇咩味,炒年糕味道也太淡,只見其色,食不出味。大部份年糕都痴在一舊,難幾吸醬油味,味道同賣相都較差。
