To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 青衣城內本有數間酒樓,適逢聯邦有喜宴包咗場,東海裝修,稻香變成獨市酒樓。人多了,等位的時間亦相應提昇,等了大半個鐘才有位。店內人手亦唔多夠,服務比較慢。冬瓜盅:不是原個冬瓜製作,只是湯盅內有一環冬瓜。配料頗少,幸好湯水味道尚算清甜。貴妃雞:$1雞,點計都抵食。雞肉雖未算很滑,但仍能吃出雞的味道,OKOK。黑椒葱爆牛柳條:醬汁無想像中般香口惹味。和貴妃雞相反,牛柳條滑得來無乜牛肉鮮味。花膠雜菜煲:花膠很奀瘦,是預期中的下價貨式。雜菜煲出品燙嘴熱辣,雜菜選材合付預期。芝麻糊:煲得幾香幾滑,濃淡甜度適中,不俗。用餐途中,有一大蒼蠅飛過,衛生項目需扣分!
