To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去左間餐廳個名好搞笑,叫醉鮮靚湯特色粉麵個名已經係招牌菜,當然要試下。同女朋友一人叫左一樣,佢叫左招牌,我叫左胡椒豬肚湯底配紅燒魚腩米線。首先講下湯底,係新鮮足料無味精既湯黎,飲落去就知熬製左好耐,清香甘甜帶少辣。再講下湯底配料,一個$50既米線,竟然入面有豆卜,豬肚,菜,蘿蔔條,全部都好入味好新鮮,隨湯附送都咁高質!講起個餸,其實有好多魚既配料可以揀,例如魚腩魚咀魚片等等,難得黎試梗係試下魚,我叫咗紅燒魚腩,魚腩都嫩。但應該係一早炸起所以唔熱,但總括成餐飯我都會俾好高分,性價比太高了!連野飲$60位,好抵!
