Pleka係一間新式意大利餐廳,喺IFC 4樓,有靚靚海景,3個courses 嘅set lunch menu亦唔會太貴,只係$348。Starter我就選擇Sautéed Clams in Noilly Prat Cream Sauce。其實酒味好薄,可以當係蕃茄紅椒汁🍅,用嚟點麵包唔錯;蜆肉好新鮮,不過有幾隻有沙,要扣少少分🤏Main Course 就揀咗Squid Ink Pasta with Pacific Red Prawns。賣相好精緻,兩隻大紅蝦🦐上面有泡泡配襯。意粉汁海鮮味濃郁非常,好似龍蝦湯一樣。紅蝦啱啱熟,肉質彈牙。食完主菜之後我已經無位食甜品,所以只係叫咗一杯凍檸茶🍋。我見到旁邊客人嘅甜品係菠蘿拿破侖🍍,睇起上嚟都幾吸引,或者等我下次去再試吓。餐廳每枱都會送上新鮮麵包🍞,有芝士脆片、農夫包同幾片凍肉,旁邊有一款香草dipping sauce,係我鍾意嘅刁草🌿
