蒞呢度食首先要留意價錢係每位 $788,主菜揀牛加$88,另加$88芝士拼盤,同埋留位要落訂作實。位處一個比較罨耷嘅商業大廈,上到去好似去咗大酒樓後門咁,跟住侍應就帶咗我哋入去一間(隔音)板間房,房入面都有幾張枱,相距唔算好遠,私隱度/空間感不足,不過入面果個煙花海景真係唔錯,聽到侍應同隔離枱講,除夕放煙花果啲日子,晨早book到full哂。雖然已經預先從短訊收到是日菜單,侍應仍然會好有心機咁介紹,加上因為是日材料新鮮情況作出嘅微調,然後問我哋揀咩。呢度嘅食物都比較精緻,睇住靚景靚食物就更係食得開心啲。食物方面點呢?佢用好多材料去造成一道菜,配搭基本上好和諧,無一樣嘢入口時感覺到有任何材料或調味搶咗鏡/口寡寡,除咗個湯嘅味定質地好似有啲過重。想特別一提,我頗喜歡那道慢煮三文魚,上枱夠花"腎",肉質又剛剛好。不過總結一句,比成八百文,對於食物、環境、服務嘅期望都係高嘅,咁計佢算及格囉。
