好難得一間餐廳高度兼備內涵同外涵,靚景配美食,仲每款都有驚喜添。門口好開揚,其實飽覽約200度維港景色㗎。晚餐嘅Tasting Menu可以揀7道菜($888/位)或10道菜($1,188/位),今次我食到唔太記得影相,因為一嚟到就想快啲食每次上菜時店員會介紹菜式,但10款記得影3款🙈其中幾鍾意佢嘅花膠鮑魚雞湯,有椰香又唔會油,鮮甜唔過鹹。仲有可以單點嘅蜆肉麻辣意粉都係一絕,香麻冇油膩感,唔會辣死人但又麻得過癮,連同行唔食辣嘅朋友都話好好食喎。主菜有和牛同血鴿二揀一,平時一定揀牛,但試過呢個皮脆肉嫩嘅血鴿,再食會有選擇困難症囉!甜品係打卡款,因為店員會淋上液態氮雪糕,成陣煙好靚;不過腐竹糖水雪糕真係好像真,正
