Odyssee 係ICC 101樓,除左有靚景之外,食物水準非常高✨每一道菜都帶比客人好大嘅驚喜.♦ Corsican Sea Bass ⋆ StarterSashimi賣相好靚,超級igable而且魚生同個dressing好襯、刺身上面仲撒有佛手柑,鮮甜之餘亦好開胃.♦ Calodenian Blue Prawn ⋆ Starter呢道菜超級surprise!一上枱已經聞到好香嘅蝦油味,中間有幾件Blue Prawn同Ravioli,下面有個海鮮湯係底。個湯絕對係精華!.♦ Japanese Egg ⋆ Starter佢當然唔止一隻蛋咁簡單~溫泉蛋本身係用紅酒去煮,旁邊有法式蝸牛、亦有芝士片同蘑菇鋪喺面,整體口感好豐富✨.♦ Perigord Black Truffle ⋆ Starter呢道菜有新鮮松露同金箔鋪喺面💓下面有香脆嘅多士夾住軟滑嘅松露餡,每一口都係幸福既感覺.♦ Miyasaki A4 Sirloin ⋆ Main和牛肉質非常好~好重嘅油脂香,而且真係有入口即化嘅感覺!另外佢作為配菜嘅Confit Potato口感好得意,外皮炸到脆卜卜再加上蜂蜜,感覺就好似另一道小食咁
