To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係沙田食完飯，近近地搵個地方坐下吹下水，呢到係一個唔錯既選擇，可惜係地方比較細，但方便既係，如果你係食煙既，可以拉開露台個玻璃門就行出去食，仲欣賞埋沙田既夜景一上到黎，起初唔知行向邊，淨係見到 executive lounge，完來隔離行入巷先係level thirty，門口無人招呼既，入到去先有侍應。見人地枱，都係有埋晚餐食，可惜我地食到飽晒，所以只係上黎飲杯酒，睇個drink list，有不同 cocktail，係比較冷門既，價錢都係一百蚊左右，而我就叫左杯紅酒，起初淨係睇menu，就知大概有四款紅酒，最低價$68 蚊起最貴都係$108價錢黎講 酒店級算係咁嫁啦，服務又好，又可以睇晒夜晚上夜景美
