To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳最正嘅部份就係可以望到海景，餐廳有分室内/室外，呢個季節坐室外都好舒服，仲可以飽覽海景，而晚餐就包埋兩個熱辣辣又鬆軟嘅餐包，🌝日本豬軟骨墨西哥薄餅 $168真係好大份，食完一個都飽左一半，墨西哥薄餅好香麵粉味，而入邊仲有好入味嘅日本豬軟骨，大舊又厚肉，配埋牛油果好夾，非常滿足！🌝日本花魚一夜千意大利米配龍蝦汁 $198好fusion嘅配搭，第一次食成條魚上嘅意大利飯，上面有一大條一夜干，一夜干鹹鹹香香，有啲大骨，但魚肉幾滑，而唧少少檸檬汁感覺幾fresh另外仲叫左水果茶同Mixed berry mojito酸酸甜甜幾解膩同夠開胃
