貶貶眼 Q1 又過左，又一年春季Restaurant Week 開鑼，今次RW 又多咗好多新既餐廳參加，今次我就揀咗尖沙咀海運大廈既靚靚海景餐廳Harbourside Grill，睇住維港景試試佢地既Elite Dinner Set Elite Dinner $498/pp📍餐湯南瓜湯甜香中又帶點蒜香，質地香濃幼滑📍2 款前菜烤安格斯西冷配西洋菜火箭菜巴馬臣芝士沙律，西冷牛肉片烤得剛好，配埋沙律菜同巴馬臣芝士，味道口感豐富蕃茄凍湯配帶子他他龍蝦油，帶子他他肉質軟滑鮮甜，配搭酸甜開胃蕃茄凍湯，加上點綴嘅龍蝦油，味道層次分明📍主菜烤豬扒配炒薯仔、西蘭花苗及紅酒汁，豬扒外皮香脆，肉質鮮嫩，紅酒汁濃郁醇厚，配菜亦恰到好處。美國封門牛柳配烤大啡菇及普李子蕃茄，封門牛柳外皮炭烤過，肉質細緻而且有濃濃炭烤香，配搭烤大啡菇同蕃茄黎食配搭剛好📍配菜薯條係粗身條薯條炸得金黃酥脆配松露蛋黃醬黎食好惹味另外雜菜沙律份量亦好多📍甜品反烤蘋果撻配酸奶油及焦糖醬，呢個蘋果撻絕對係必叫，嗰日基本上每枱都有叫，蘋果撻熱辣辣個甜度OK ，加埋酸奶油同焦糖醬黎食，味道啱啱好 Crème Brûlée就正常發揮，焦糖脆卜卜
