To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 訂了 11:30-13:00 第一輪任點任食,11:50 入座時趁未有太多人打了卡,裝修、環境、採光一流。餐廳告知窗邊海景位需有 $300/pp 最低消費,所以坐了入面卡位。如坐入面卡位不太能看到海景,不過仍很開陽基於價錢只需 (209 + 茶芥 + 10%),本身都預計吃環境居多,但食物很有驚喜。不能盡錄,個人覺得必吃的有:黑松露素粉果、蝦仁炒蛋、核桃包、春卷、炸雲吞茶亦有花心思,好像是添加了人參果。12:50 last order,最後13:00待應主動過來結帳,卻沒有趕客,吃到 13:15 才走 👍
