第二款前菜。幾片鮮紅嘅吞拿魚生片鋪左係蘿白及青椒絲上面,紅綠色型成鮮明嘅對比,係品嚐前率先抓住品嚐者嘅視覺。在味覺上同樣刺激,經過醃製嘅吞拿魚其實已經食唔出本身嘅鮮味,反而有種酸酸嘅味道,配合埋下方嘅蘿蔔青椒絲沙律一齊食,味道酸酸辣辣咁,的確開胃。

烤豬腩肉配紅蘿白,菊苣及芥末醬

第一道主菜。豬腩肉外層烤至金黃色,望住層層相隔嘅肥膏同瘦肉已經可以想像到佢細滑嘅口感, 切一塊放入口,口感果然不出我所料地細膩嫩滑😋首先佔據口腔嘅係腩肉外層嘅焦香,隨後肥肉嘅油香亦係舌尖上起舞。第二啖我沾上左芥末醬食,廚師將芥末醬打至起泡,食落比一般芥末醬更為creamy, 令豬腩肉嘅味道就更為突出。菊苣望落有少少似白菜仔,食落味道甘苦,同苦瓜有異曲同工之妙;微苦嘅味道中和左豬腩肉嘅油膩感,成道菜配搭得非常好🤤

美國頂級西冷牛扒300g, 配乾蔥蓉及香辣牛油(+$158)

牛扒係呢度嘅signature 之一,當然要叫黎試下😋我地熟度揀左medium, 牛扒剛上枱,撲鼻而來嘅香氣已經令人流晒口水,已經食到5分飽嘅我又即時胃口大開😍煎牛扒看似簡單,但要將生熟度控制得恰到好處其實非常考驗廚師嘅功力。呢塊牛扒嘅生熟度就控制得岩岩好——外層微焦,切開肉質嫩紅,正正係我想要嘅medium🤤平時食西冷我好怕牛肉會太靭,但呢塊西冷完全唔會,食落非常juicy牛味十足,非常高質👍

甜品我地就揀左朱古力慕絲蛋糕同檸檬奶酪,味道唔係話超級突出所以就唔多形容,但整體黎講都相當唔錯❤️值得一提嘅係我地當日係去慶祝生日嘅,餐廳好貼心咁為我地準備左一細塊蛋糕仔,呢份心意相當加分,成餐飯絕對係好好嘅用餐體驗😋
