To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🥟渝香餃🥟之前唔記得邊度食餃子個湯底係老火湯😵‍💫終於都比我遇到一間一樣，而且仲好好食😎個啖老火湯又好飲重點冇味精😎首先梗係買過湯餃試吓佢個湯係咪真係冇味精🤪我呢啲梗係咩都想試晒，所以我係叫雙拼～紫菜冬菇豬肉湯餃-芫荽豬肉湯餃餃子皮好滑好薄，爆多餡，重點梗係飲個湯，紅蘿蔔老黃瓜豬骨湯，好好飲真係冇味精嘅感覺，我問樓面姐姐，會唔會每日都唔同湯，佢話唔會每日都一樣🤣🤣如果有唔同湯嘅話就好啦🤫😝😝我哋仲嗌咗雙拼煎餃～軟芝士粟米豬肉煎餃-紫菜香菇豬肉煎餃煎到好香脆，我覺得配埋佢哋嘅辣菜脯就最好食，因為我覺得佢哋嘅辣椒油唔係好夠香😝😝～重慶麻辣皮蛋，兩杯凍豆漿呢個小食都算抵食！
