To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然打邊爐真係無分季節,夏天都打得,但最近天氣涼返啲就特別想打邊爐。Weekend約埋閨密嚟呢間位於中環嘅中國風餐廳打邊爐。一坐低嗌咗嘢飲先,happy hour $48一杯好抵火鍋湯底同配料選擇都好多,肉類、海鮮、蔬菜都有齊,另外仲有刺身同小食選擇。湯底一共有十六款,好多都好吸引,有部份湯底可以做鴛鴦鍋,我哋揀咗城寨特濃沙嗲鍋同埋酒綠皮蛋芫茜山。沙嗲湯底的確好濃郁,一上枱已經聞到沙嗲香味,而且食落香得嚟唔會太鹹,帶微辣。估唔到仲好味過九龍城最出名食沙嗲湯底打邊爐嗰間皮蛋芫茜湯底以豬骨清湯底加埋皮蛋芫茜,味道比較清淡。芫茜份量唔算少,不過既然叫得芫茜山,我期望芫茜份量係更多,呢點就有少少失望。牛肉都有好幾款選擇,懶得揀所以就叫咗個你最牛拼盤。拼盤有齊四款牛肉,分別係手切本地牛頸脊、手切騸牯黃牛金錢展、手切騸牯黃牛吊龍同澳洲和牛粒。牛頸脊同和牛粒都油脂豐富牛吊龍就少啲油花,但牛肉味濃同沙嗲湯底最夾餃類點咗自家製黑松露蟹肉餃同蕃茄芝士豬肉餃各半份,半份有四隻,以木盒上菜賣相精緻。黑松露蟹肉呢個配搭做成餃子唔常見,蟹肉好足料而且好好味。呢度嘅蝦滑加咗萵筍粒,比起一般嘅蝦滑口感更加豐富。沙嗲湯

本來想嗌即食麵配沙嗲湯,但見到有薯粉就揀咗。薯粉係寛粉有返咁上下厚度,所以放落湯底滾咗幾分鐘先至食得。經沙嗲煮過後啖啖沙嗲味好正



總括嚟講呢間火鍋嘅湯底同配料都質素高,沙嗲湯底尤其出色
配料新鮮價錢合理,而且張枱夠大坐得舒服,下次會再幫襯
